Arc System Works has announced that the global user count for the fighting game “GUILTY GEAR -STRIVE-” has surpassed 2.5 million users (combined total of PS4/PS5/Steam/Xbox Game Pass/Xbox Series X|S/Xbox One/Windows editions).

In the “GUILTY GEAR” series, this is the first time that the global user count has surpassed 2.5 million. It is also reported that the “Evolution Championship Series 2023 (EVO2023)” in August recorded 2,481 entries, surpassing the series’ previous record set last year.

To commemorate this achievement, a special illustration featuring “Asuka=R#” and “Happy Chaos” has been revealed. The illustration is a new drawing by the 2D artist of the Guilty Gear team, Katsuichi Kitazono.
