Square Enix的Manga UP!全球漫画网站和应用程序以数字形式发布该漫画。Manga UP!描述了故事情节：
我们的主人公转生到了乙女游戏的世界，成为了名为“Mariabell Tempest”的反派角色，一个性格可怕的贵族女孩。每当游戏的女主角达成圆满结局时，Mariabell就会面临一个糟糕的结局，包括被羞辱、失踪或甚至死亡。此外，启用的“自动模式”阻止了Mariabell随意选择自己的决定。但是在第六次循环游戏中，“自动模式”终于停止了，这意味着Mariabell终于可以自由地做出自己的选择。现在，为了生存和平静地生活，Mariabell将不得不利用她过去五个循环的知识和经验！
Subaru于2020年7月在Square Enix的漫画网站Gangan Online上推出了该漫画。Square Enix于3月10日出版了该漫画的第五卷。Soratani于2015年12月在小说创作网站“Shōsetsuka ni Narō”上推出了原著小说《Otome Game Roku-shū-me, Auto Mode ga Kiremashita》，而Futaba则负责插图。Frontier Works于2017年5月出版了该小说的第一卷，第三卷于2018年8月出版。
